Why I Write

For me, writing captures thoughts and beliefs in a concrete way that the spoken word does not. The sense of permanence that the written word embodies has withstood the test of time if you consider the history of not only our world, but of the human race. I have always had a love of words and am so thankful that I have been gifted with the ability and passion to express myself in this manner, since I am a better writer than speaker!
